Wordpress Hacks Underway – Get Upgraded to Latest Version

The web is buzzing with people experiencing Wordpress problems with their site. As it turns out it seems there is a SQL injection hack occurring that appends a string of code at the end of permalinks and generates an admin user.

If your blog has not been subjected to this and are not experiencing any problems, upgrade to the latest version available from Wordpress.org.
